This Sunday we will explore how to consciously activate the intelligence of the heart with researched and proven techniques from the HeartMath Institute bringing a deeper connection to your own inner compass.
About Sarah Fredrickson:
Sarah has been in the healing field for nearly 25 years as a CranioSacral Therapist, Licensed Massage therapist, Reiki master teacher and Meditation instructor. Sarah is a Hanmi Esoteric Buddhist Disciple (since 2011) and is continuing her education in Kundalini Yoga, Vedic Astrology, Breathwork and Tuning Forks. Sarah teaches classes and offers sessions to help people deepen their connection to the inner wisdom and Divine intuitive gifts we all have. Sarah is also in her second year as a prayer chaplain here at Unity of Port Richey.
